What to do in an emergency

D3R operates an emergency service for clients experiencing significant issues outside normal working hours. Should you need urgent assistance please get in touch using one of the methods below.

When calling out of hours you will have the option to select emergency support. Calls and messages received via this route are monitored even when our office is closed.

Send an email to emergency@d3r.com and your message will be delivered directly to the team members responsible for handling out of hours emergencies.
