Based in the heart of Chichester, West Sussex, we design and build beautiful, bespoke websites and business systems for ambitious clients in a variety of market sectors - our client list includes Loaf, Monica Vinader, Twickenham Stadium and Soho Home.

The role
If you are a highly organised, proactive, and approachable person who enjoys working in a dynamic and friendly office environment, why not consider joining the team at D3R Chichester as an Office Assistant?
The successful candidate will play an important role at the heart of our organisation, where you'll be the go-to person for keeping our office running smoothly. From day-to-day administrative duties to welcoming visitors, you'll be ensuring that everything is conducted in an efficient, professional, and friendly manner.
Below you'll find a flavour of what you can expect to get involved in at D3R:
- Welcome visitors and professionally handle incoming calls and general enquiries.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks including preparing meeting notes, action lists and assisting with operations reports and finance related tasks.
- Ensure that key office supplies are regularly replenished.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and travel plans.
- Plan and manage company-wide events such as Christmas parties, summer activities and weekly team lunches.
- Assist with recruitment activity.
- Assist in the administration of company systems.
- Contribute to our company culture as our weekly newsletter editor!
What skills and experience are we looking for?
What's most important to us is the person and their ability to make a positive impact in our business - rather than digital agency experience specifically. We are however looking for candidates who have previous experience in similar roles, and who enjoy working in an office environment.
The successful candidate will be a self starter and possess the following qualities and experience:
- Friendly, approachable manner.
- Experience working in an office environment.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with the drive to get things done.
- Enjoys working in a team environment helping to bring out the best in people.
- Strong attention to detail.
- IT literacy.
- Numeracy - loves a good spreadsheet!
Preferred:
- At least 3 years working in a similar role.
- Events management experience.
- Experience with Google Suite (GMail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Calendar etc).
- Familiarity with pivot tables and basic formulas in excel / google sheets.
