We're proud to be a Sussex company. It may be handy to have a foothold in London, but D3R’s head office always has been—and always will be—in the Roman city of Chichester.
What to expect
D3R Sussex is the larger of our two offices, and home to the bulk of our development and delivery teams. It occupies the first floor of a historic building on Baffins lane, just off East Street in the centre of Chichester.
Where we are
Chichester sits on a coastal plain between the South Downs and the sea. It's a walled Roman city, with bustling cobbled streets and a medieval cathedral. The quality of life here is exceptional—you won't want to leave any more than we do.
