What to do in an emergency
D3R operates an emergency service for clients experiencing significant issues outside normal working hours. Should you need urgent assistance please get in touch using one of the methods below.
Call us
When calling our normal office number out of hours you will be presented with options for emergency support. Calls and messages sent via this route are monitored outside of normal working times.
Email us
Send an email to emergency@d3r.com and your message will be delivered to D3R team members responsible for handling out of hours emergencies.
