Smith Availability Management System (SAMS)
Mr & Mrs Smith take telephone bookings for over 900 hotels across Europe. Prior to the launch of SAMS, they were paying an external company to transmit the booking and credit card details to each hotel. Now everything is handled securely by a single integrated system.
