The Dualit website first launched in 2009 with instant success in increasing conversion.

Since then, D3R and Dualit have worked together to introduce product registration, a coffee and tea loyalty program with a streamlined checkout to reuse cards and addresses and launch many new products and lines.

In 2014 the site underwent a full responsive redesign.
