Like the company itself, the redesign needed to tread a careful line between tradition and innovation—incorporating Dualit's iconic 1940s branding into a slick, and intuitively usable, contemporary design.
One aim of the new site was to put Dualit directly into contact with more of their customers. As well as protecting the buyers themselves, the online warranty registration system helps Dualit understand who those buyers are, and how best to anticipate their needs.
Dualit has been at the forefront of the coffee capsule explosion since 2014. They now offer both tea and coffee capsules using an innovative subscription model developed by D3R.
